Thomas's room

The room for rent is approximately 110 square feet (about 11’ by 10’). It is well-lit with a large south-facing window. The renter will have access to all standard shared areas, such as a fully stocked kitchen, small dining nook, living room, and a semi-private bathroom.

Wi-Fi and hydro-electricity are included.

The room is furnished with a large king-size bed as shown in the pictures. Depending on your needs, we can unfurnish it if you have your own things. A smaller full-size bed is also available if you need space for a desk to work or study.

You must be cat-friendly, as there are three playful furballs already living here. The house has central HVAC with HEPA filtration for the cats and allergies, and the room has individual heat control.

We are a few minutes’ walk from Saint-Jean Boulevard and a short drive to many local banks, stores, restaurants, and the Fairview Shopping Centre.

If you drive, there is one small parking spot available in the driveway for an additional $100 per month. Free street parking is also available, depending on snow removal schedules.

In the summer, there is also a backyard with a small patio and BBQ.

The room will be available February 1, 2025, and is available to rent until the end of December 2025. We can discuss extending further at that time.

As your roommate/host, I am a 50-year-old, partnered gay white male, currently back in school. My partner is working away until December 2025, which is why the space is available. I am generally quiet and respectful, and I expect a responsible roommate who shares these values.
