Thomas's room

The available room is approximately 110 square feet (about 11’ by 10’) and well-lit with a large south-facing window. You will have access to a shared bathroom and a small home office/library for quiet work if needed. Wi-Fi and Hydro are included. The house has central HVAC, and the room has individual heat control. You will have full access to shared living spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and on-site washer and dryer. In the summer, there is also a backyard with a small patio and BBQ.

Must be cat-friendly, as there are three (3) playful furballs already living here. We are a few minutes’ walk to Saint-Jean Boulevard and a short drive to the Fairview Shopping Centre. If you drive, there is one small parking spot available in the driveway, and street parking is also available, depending on snow removal.

As your roommate/host, I am a 50-year-old, partnered gay white male, currently back in school. My partner is working away until December 2025, which is why the space is available. I am generally quiet and respectful, and I expect a responsible roommate who shares these values.
