Harley Wonnacott's room

I have a room for rent! Total is $1500 for rent, all utilities, wifi, parking, all included. No damage deposit, and walking distance from a safeway, shoppers drugmart, and a few other shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s also really close to Fish Creek Park.

The room is furnished (I’m renting the bigger of the two rooms), and the house itself is 2 and a half levels (first floor I call a “lobby” cause its a hall leading up stairs, second floor is the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and what I call my “book nook”, 3rd floor is bathroom, both bedrooms, and the furnace room), in-suit laundry (brand new dryer), dishwasher, balcony upstairs, and patio area downstairs.

My roommate got a job out of town and is moving February 1st so the room is available really soon
