Looking for a chill roommate who likes dogs. We have a cute auzzie/collie who loves people. She’s a lovely dog and very cuddly.

Awesome downtown apartment to share. Slightly chaotic but clean and relaxed. I work evenings and she works early mornings. Ideally a roommate who is either moving to town to get established and needs a place or someone who’s used to city apartment living or a. Student. Bedroom is small but has a queen size bed. Currently set up as a loft bed so underneath has a cool little hang out spot. Big window that can open up out to the patio dresser and wall closet. Though if you have your own stuff we can figure out how to move out the things in the room.

Plus sides Two level apartment. Feels like a bit more room than a regular apartment. Decent size patio. Plus a rooftop patio. Downtown in the West End. Walking distance to everything. A few blocks from Stanley Park and the beach. Cj likes crafts and art and making stuff and going to local shows. We’re chill. Its to share an apartment. So it’s your place. Ideally no wild parties but if you want a friend over; have a friend over. If you stay up late, stay up late. If you get up early, get up early, if you like music, play music. It’s your place.

Not plus sides Eventually there will be construction. The whole outside of the building is being completed and will be brand new when finished. It’s not a huge apartment and there is a dog and kid and us.

1000$ a month. We have internet. Though its not the highest end. We have Netflix and Prime and a washer/dryer combo though we usually just pay to dry the clothes in the building laundry which is 1.75 per load. To park you would have to apply for a West End parking pass which is 476.30 per year for street parking in the neighborhood.

Cj cute baker and barista. Loves creating art and craft forms. Is currently super into organic plant dyeing and local wild food and medicine plants. She loves noise and punk shows and saunas.

Daughter. 12. Loves drawing and animating, science shows and her dog. Shy but very kind. Shane works at Air Canada most evenings. Likes learning piano and loves local music shows noise, punk or electronic. Laverne the Aussie/collie. Super chill couch pillow dog who loves people and walks and sleeping in.
