Hi!! I’m subletting my bedroom in an apartment that’s in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal, EVERYTHING INCLUDED (excepts hydro 20$). 🎆🪩 FOR FEB 1st TO MAY 1st!

The room is not furnished as I am moving and the bed and dresser are coming with me!

The closet is SUPER BIG, you can walk in it and it currently fits my HEMNES dresser inside plus extra room at the sides!

There are 3 bedrooms, one of which would be yours, (my friends currently live in the other 2), and a shared bathroom!

It’s a fully newly renovated apartment and we were the first people to live here! It’s a great area and super fun to live in!! 💃🏼

We loved it so far, but unfortunately everyone is going their own way this year, so I had to look for something for myself someplace else.

• Washer and Dryer in unit (brand new)
• Little balcony and Backyard!
• 3 min walk to Sherbrooke metro station 🚇 Ⓜ️
• Econofitness right infront of the apartment 🏋🏼‍♀️
• 1 min walk from Dollarama, Bars and Restaurants, Metro grocery store, Coffee shops, Boutiques. Literally anything is super close. 🥹

My two rommates are Nellie (21) and Emma (22). They’re super outgoing and bubbly. They typically study and work during the week and go out on week ends. They enjoy hanging out together in the apartment, cooking, doing activities, or staying in and having girls night. We keep the apartment clean and are respectful of eachothers needs.
