The home is shared with myself who has lived here for 16 years and has a longstanding relationship and knowledge of the property and neighbours. It’s a safe street with friendly people. Parking has never been a problem. I’m a 35 year old educated female and a love for art, bonfires and BBQs while my two male roomies works out of town and the other is a tech wiz and chef that recently moved in. We value comradery but also appreciate our privacy and peace and cleanliness, especially during late hours. We are friendly, open minded and work as a team for this to be a home.
