Kitchen is shared and unit has a nice stove, dishwasher and fridge. Laundry is shared as, well. Unit is not furnished, i am buying some stuff you can definitely contribute to the cost for the use of them:)

I am going to live on the other room, Looking for clean, organized, responsible and respectful adult. Guest are welcomed as long as you are respectful and considerate for the shared space. I am very social, full time student and part time worker. It is expected that candidates are responsible and clean after themselves, respect the shared spaces, no parties, If you are interested let me know :)
