About the room
We are looking for a mature, responsible roommate to share our town house with. Bedroom is completely furnished with a Queen size bed, dresser, night table and lights. The closet is very large. Rent included: Internet, utilities, and stack tv. Must provide your own tv and Roku or Apple TV unit. Shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry. We have 3 dogs that are very nice and well maintained. Close to 2 bus route number 2 and number 38 20 mins away from UofC, across the street is restaurants and convenience stores
Close walk to Confederation Park. Damage deposit is half months rent.
About the roomies
We are a committed couple looking to have a room mate. We are quiet and very much home bodies. We are both enrolled in online schooling. We have 3 dogs. But they are super nice.
