There are 3 bedrooms available for rent on the second floor, making it ideal for groups of 3 people, or individuals who want their own space, however, groups are not a requisite. The main floor has a shared kitchen and an occupied room, while the basement features a large common area with a pool table, seating areas, and laundry facilities. It’s a great spot to hang out, study, or relax. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for focusing on your studies or relaxing after a busy day.

The location is great, just across Chancellors Way, south of Edinburgh Street. You’ll find a mix of student housing and some families in the immediate area, giving it a balanced community environment. Stone Road Mall is only a 4-minute walk away, and parks like Silvercreek, Rickson, and Oak Street Park are close by for when you want to relax outside. The house is also just a short distance from campus 4 mins by car and 13 by public transit, with buses running every 30 minutes to the university and downtown. The area is very walkable, so you can easily run errands or grab a coffee without a car.
