About the Apartment:

Located on the 2nd floor (please note: no elevator access).

Rent: $1,000/month + hydro + internet (split evenly).

Cozy, clean, and a great space to make our own!

Cat-friendly: I share the apartment with my sweet kitty, Mochi.

Walls can be painted over, and I’m totally down to redecorate and make the space feel like home.
