Private bedroom and private washroom available for rent in a fully furnished 2 bed 2bath apartment. The house is fully furnished and the private room has a mattress and study table (can be removed). You are welcome to use everything that is there as long as it’s cleaned and kept properly.

The building is equipped with gymnasium and entertainment room and can be used as you require. Bus stop is right outside the building and Surrey Central station is at 4 mins walk.

Utilities will be split evenly.

Very secure and peaceful environment. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

I am a full time employee at a wealth management company in Vancouver. I love cooking and socializing. I am usually not at home but sometimes like to have my own space. I love meeting new people and chatting over coffee.
