• Everyone must shovel snow around the property’s sidewalk and driveway during the winter months.

• 1 train ride away from downtown and Walmart.
• Close to the community hall and farmers market.
• Close to park and tennis court
• Beautiful street with large trees and foliage.
• 15-20 min walk from the Health Food store and Korean grocery Mart.

💖💖👩🏼👩🏽About Us👩🏻👩🏿💖 I (main tenant and host) run a share home with ladies from different countries. Most of our roommates are here on a short-term lease. We are all friendly and non-smoking. We like to spend time together but also respect each others space. We’ve had Christmas dinner together and celebrated new years. Sometimes we go for walks together or plans fun events. Everyone in the house (besides myself) is from a different country and is here on a short-term lease.

• Is female (sorry no males).
• Doesn’t have a cat allergy and is comfortable around cats.
• Enjoys nature and is interested in camping or hiking. 📋Rules📋 -No smoking or having friends over who smoke (of any kind). -Must be tidy and clean up after yourself + willing to help out around the house. No strong perfumes or detergents. -Sorry but no other pets allowed (unfortunately, my cat is not friendly towards other animals)!
