• Everyone must shovel snow around the property’s sidewalk and driveway during the winter months.
• Weekly chore chart must be followed.

• Close to the community hall and farmers market.

• 💖💖👩🏼👩🏽About Us👩🏻👩🏿💖 I (main tenant and host) run a share home with ladies from different countries. Most of our roommates are here on a short-term lease. We are all friendly and non-smoking. We like to spend time together but also respect each others space. We’ve had Christmas dinner together and celebrated new years. Sometimes we go for walks together or plans fun events.

• Must be tidy and clean up after yourself + willing to help out around the house. No strong perfumes or detergents.

• Sorry but no other pets allowed (unfortunately, my cat is not friendly towards other animals)!
