Chelsea's room

Downtown Kelowna. It’s a great size with a huge balcony all to ourselves. Rooms are on separate sides of the condo for some privacy and you get your own bathroom. The room fits a Queen comfortably, but a King is doable just a little less room for much more than a night stand and smaller dresser. (Photo above shows King size bed). The building has a small gym down the hall, communal gardening, bbq and fire pit on the rooftop patio. The main living space is decently furnished however if you have some extra decor or a small kitchen table I would be open to that! It’s a rental, I do not own the property. Water is included. Utilities are split in half plus wifi. Around $100-150 depending on the season.
There are parking stalls available for $125/ month.

I am a female in my early 30’s that owns a small business so that keeps me busy during the week. Weekends I pop into work sometimes or am enjoying the outdoors or a cold beer with friends or my dog. Unfortunately my dog is not great with new fur friends so I can’t allow any other pets in the house. She is amazing with humans and will be your shadow when you cook or will love to snuggle you on the couch and enjoy Netflix with you. She’s almost 8 years old and is a bulldog so she’s basically a potato 90% of the time :) If you’re not a dog person then this is not the space for you.

I love to enjoy my social time, with that being said, I have a very social job and like to have my down time being a grandma at home. It’s a very quiet zen space. I’m looking for someone who is similar. Older student, nurse or professional is ideal. If you love to go for walks or runs in the nicer weather as well I always enjoy a buddy!
