I’m renting a private bedroom in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom condo with 1.5 bathrooms. Shared kitchen, living room (with balcony), and bathrooms. Your bedroom features a wall-to-wall closet and there is a queen-size bed (but the bed/furniture can be removed if not needed). Condo located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood with street parking available. Amenities: Central A/C, dishwasher, in-suite washer/dryer, Wi-Fi. Chapel Hill neighbourhood of Orleans (across from off-leash dog park). Close to bus stops. Available Feb 1 or March 1. Prefer long-term, but flexible with length of stay for the right person.

I’m a mature female in her 60s who works for the federal government (hybrid: 4 days a week from home and in office 1 day a week). I have a small/medium, well-behaved (very friendly) dog and I’m willing to consider another responsible pet owner (if you have a small, well-behaved dog or cat). I am quiet and clean and looking to share with someone who is tidy and also values a clean space. I’m a homebody who tends to keep to herself, but am up for a chat and sharing the occasional meal. I just recently moved into the house myself, and am still unpacking/settling in. The common spaces are fully furnished but I’m happy to discuss the possibility of combining furnishings, if there are items you’d like to bring with you.
