1. Must have an income of 3X the amount the room for rent is
2. Must not have prior evictions
3. Cannot have any felonies
4. Must have a Credit score of 600 and above
5. Must have excellent references from there previous landlords

All of us are working full time jobs or are in school so this house is quiet for the most part. We are a friendly bunch and laugh a lot and looking for another person who would be nice to have around
