Just off of Broadway, there is convenient bus transportation from the 9, 99, 3, 8 and 19 routes a block away or less, as well as Expo and Canada Line Skytrain stations about a 10 minute walk away. Groceries and all other amenities are also within a 2-5 minute walk, making the place very central and walkable. The area is also quite safe and well lit at night, and i’ve never had a problem coming or going home late. Big windows give the place lots of natural light in both the summer and the winter, and the lighting is well distributed to give a cozy feel when it’s dark out.

The place is fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom - my current roommate might be looking to sell his mattress, which is the only thing you would need to bring if he decides to keep it.

In terms of storage, there is a bunch of cabinet space and hallway closet room available for use, and you would get half the fridge space as well as a couple large cabinets for dry goods/containers/etc. There’s also a decent amount of storage in the bathroom, and in the large blue dresser in the living room.

The rooftop also doubles as a large patio in the summer time, making it perfect for a hosting a few friends over or relaxing on your own, and has a great view of downtown.

Finally, this is the only unit in the building, so there are no neighbours giving the place a decent amount of privacy, however the place does not allow pets.

Included in rent is all utilities, wifi, in suite laundry, and a parking spot.

my name is Sarah and I am 25 years old and work full time in a hybrid role, splitting my time between home and downtown Vancouver. Ideally you would not work from home or hybrid, but for the right person I would be willing to try and find a compromise.

In my downtime, I like being active outside or at the gym, reading, and hanging out with friends. And often have some sort of project on the go, so i’m not home much during the day (especially in the summer).

I enjoy being friends with my roommate and would love to have the occasional dinner or drink together, but am also very respectful of personal space and wanting alone time!
