Apartment: 3rd floor, corner unit. 900 sq ft. Great layout. South facing. Incredible natural light throughout. Fully furnished (except your bedroom). The bedroom is 10’ x 10’, with one large closet, built-in shelving, and great natural lighting. It is suitable for a twin, or at max, a double bed (though my current roommate has a queen). South-facing balcony. Washer and dryer ensuite. Dishwasher. One full bath with the best soaker tub. There is another large closet in the foyer, and we have a storage locker. The building has a rooftop patio, with BBQs, a fully equipped gym, and a party room. Bike storage is available and parking may be purchased.

I am Jacob, 31, a Community Worker and a student in Social Work. I have a beautiful dog named Athena (pictured). I support and participate in community efforts such as the Friends for Life Bike Rally and Forte Men’s Chorus. I am open to new languages. Love film. I cycle (frequently), ski, skate, run, hike, climb, dance, gym. Love the beaches, parks, camping, and all forms of travel/outdoors. I am exceptionally spiritual, often practicing meditation, yoga, law of attraction, and following many other varied teachings (absolute win if you are too!). I am radically progressive, grounded in compassionate collectivism and person-centered empowerment. I am a person who is neurodivergent/ADHD, healing complex trauma and partaking in the work this entails. I strive for radical kindness, benevolence and compassion. I am constantly seeking means to create connections and improve the collective experience. I am a person who embraces my expression, reflection, and every experience, and I am growing more so each day. I challenge the mundane and strive to live with transparency and authenticity. Not a people pleaser and have a strong and grounded approach to conflict resolution.
