Kay's room

I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bed/2 bath/2 patio. The room is furnished. The suite has ensuite laundry, a nice kitchen and living room, with new hardwood floors, (tiles in bathrooms and kitchen). The suite has excellent views from patios and windows.

The building is located close to a Starbucks, Save-on-Foods, Steve Nash Gym, restaurants, Shoppers Drug Mart etc. Suite is set up well for sharing as rooms are separated for privacy. Building also has a gym on main floor as well as a larger meeting/private gathering room that can be booked.

Other things I am looking for:

• Clean and respectable
• Working individual (outside of home, not someone who is working from home)
• or could be student with solid financials
• Non-smoking
• no pets
• parking available for extra $
• $1700 furnished

The suite is to be shared with one other female who works from home, is pescatarian and a plant person.
