Our 6-year old townhouse is situated in the upscale Buckingham Heights neighborhood, just a few minutes walking distance from Deer Lake Park, a few minutes drive from Burnaby Lake Park, and a few minutes walking distance away from major bus stops - including #123 New West Station/ Brentwood Station, #133 Edmond Station / Holdom Station, #144 to Metrotown/SFU. It is also just a 9 minutes drive to BCIT, 12 minutes drive to SFU, and about 10 minutes drive to Metrotown, Crystal Mall, Brentwood Mall, as well as Superstore, T&T Supermarket, Save On Foods, Costco, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc.

We are seeking a female roommate, preferably a student or a working professional, quiet, clean and easy to get along with. The tenant will have access to their own private furnished room on the third floor-closet included, a shared bathroom on the third floor with one other person, and shared kitchen as well as access to the two-piece bathroom on the ground floor. If extra space is required by the tenant, we offer another flex room on the ground floor. If you have a car, we offer a parking spot in the gated community garage right in front of our back door for an additional monthly fee. The parking spot fee would also include free access to the community gym, which has workout equipment, mirrors and its own restroom.

We prefer the tenant to sign a lease for at least 6 months, but shorter term leases can be negotiated. Please contact for more details.

The tenant will be sharing the townhouse with 2 or 3 ladies. If the tenant wants to rent the flex room downstairs for extra space, then the townhouse will only be shared with 2 other ladies in total.
