About the room

OFFERING: 1 bedroom available in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a full basement. The house will be shared with myself and no other roommates (myself and you, that’s it). So you and I (which is two people) total roommates. Two people total in this 3 bedroom house ‘cause one of the bedrooms is my office. People keep getting confused so I’m trying to make this clear, it’d just be you and myself. That’s it. lol
AVAILABLE DATE: April 1st, 2025 (a week earlier at no extra cost is possible).
UNIT DETAILS: The bedroom measures at least 10’ x 11.5’ and has plenty of natural light. The house is fully equipped with kitchen essentials (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, appliances, air fryer), bathroom basics (towels, storage for toiletries), and comfortable living room furniture.
A carpeted basement room is also available for shared use as a home office (no pets allowed). In-home washer and dryer included.
PRICE: $875 + utilities (averaging $150/month in the summer)
LOCATION: Mulgrove Drive, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9C 2R2 No Smokers No Pets

Off-lease roommate arrangement (rent paid directly to the leaseholder, me). It will be a trial five month contract and four months in we’ll discuss signing another five month lease or a year lease depending on how we like our roommate situation. A written roommate agreement will be provided.
