Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apartment near Coquitlam Centre.

The unit is on the 5th floor. Bedroom is currently unfurnished but I could furnish it if you need. Apartment is fully furnished with TV, gaming consoles, in suite full sized laundry and dryer, rice cooker and air fryer. Bedroom looks out onto the balcony of the unit facing north/ northwest on to Pipeline Road and Glen Park.

Building is 10 minute walk to Lincoln Station and Coquitlam Centre. Close to Henderson Place, Coquitlam Library, and lots of food options. Building has a gym, party room, basement storage, bike room, and access to club house with movie room, outdoor pool, and other amenities. Parking may be available for a cost. There is no smoking in the building, sorry! You’ll also be sharing the space with my 2 cats :) I’d be open to another small pet!

Move in date would be Feb 1, 2025. Rent would be $1000 a month, with internet and hydro included! Shoot me a message about yourself and let’s go from there. Thanks!
