The Space: • Spacious master bedroom with a huge closet • Unfurnished • Private full bathroom • Bonus office/den space outside the bedroom—great for a home office or chill zone • Shared bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry + storage • Building amenities: bike storage + a stunning rooftop terrace
Location: • Near Main St & Cordova St • 10 min walk to Waterfront Station & Chinatown • Multiple bus stops nearby
Rent: • $1,900/month + utilities (around $100) • Half month’s rent security deposit • Minimum stay: 3 months • Rent due on the 1st of each month • March 1st
