Water Street

The house is close to downtown and the mall. There are grocery stores near by as well. Parking is available, however, there are 3 cars already in the driveway. There is a cat, but she does not get along well with other pets, so if you have a cat or dog, this might not be the right place. We share the kitchen and living spaces. House is furnished aside from the bedroom. If bringing furniture, we would love to chat more about that. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. More photos will be added.

There will be 3 roommates living with you. 1 female, 2 males. We are all in our mid-20s. Keegan is similar to the property manager, as our landlord lives in B.C. He will take care of houae maintenance when our landlord is not in Guelph. Steve works from home most days. He requires noise to be kept at a minimum during work hours. Jenna is Keegan’s partner, and enjoys crafting, cooking and singing.
