• I’ll be moving into this house in February, so I don’t have photos of the furniture yet. However, I plan to purchase and set everything up before you move in.

• I will cover utilities like internet and insurance, but the electricity bill will be split 50/50. House Details • Rooms: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each person has their own bathroom). • Living Room: No one shares the living room, so you can use it freely. • Bedroom: Comes with 2 closets, a bed, and a desk.

Location & Transportation • 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. • 10-minute bus ride to Tuscany Station.

Nearby Amenities • Shopping: Costco, Walmart, Dollarama, and A-mart are all easily accessible. • Free parking available.

I’m a 22-year-old Korean currently working. I’d be happy to share and introduce you to various Korean foods and culture.

This will be my first time living with someone from a different country, so I’d appreciate having a roommate who respects each other’s cultures. I’m looking for someone who is clean and well-mannered.
