Hello everyone! I’m subletting my room in a 4-bedroom apartment from January 1 to April 30, 2025 while I go on exchange. The apartment and room are fully furnished, making it perfect for students or young professionals looking for a comfortable place during the winter months. The apartment is very modern, in a recently constructed building, and fully furnished. There are 2 bathrooms, so you would share 1 with another roommate. The room comes with a bed (not bedding, though), lots of closet storage, a desk and chair, an air purifier, a very clean carpet, a nice paper lamp, a desk lamp, and wall shelving. I have three roommates, who are all students, respectful and very friendly. A female sublet is preferred as the 3 other roommates of the apartment are female. The kitchen is very spacious, with a dishwasher and plenty of tools if you cook, and there’s 2 separate bathrooms.
