Looking for a clean quiet individual who does not smoke or do any type of drugs. Suitable for a student- (close to Boundary Bay Airport)or working individual without much stuff to share a small home here in Ladner. The room does have 2 single beds but just looking to rent room for 1 individual close to transit/rec facility. Must be ok with a small dog- non shedding.

I work shifts. 5 on 5 off . Including morning and afternoons. I like to keep the place tidy
