Private bathroom with bathtub, shower and cabinet right next to the room (see photos). I deep-cleaned the entire place when I moved in (including walls and baseboards). The room is unfurnished but the rest of the condo is furnished. The kitchen has a large fridge, stove, toaster oven, dishwasher. AC and in-suite laundry. Thick walls (I never hear the neighbours) and private patio. Large front closet, bathroom (toilet only) upstairs. The condo is right across the street from a bus stop that’ll take you to St. Laurent mall and 25 min walk/7 minute bike ride to the O-train. There’s street parking available. Quiet neighborhood close to aviation and other parks, the 417 highway, and St. Laurent mall.

Just me and my dog :) my boyfriend and I broke up but I love the place and the area so I’m hoping to find someone who can help me with the costs (I rent the place, don’t own)! I am 24, working as an office administrator. I am very clean and don’t smoke. My dog is one and a half, well-trained and friendly. If you have a dog too he would LOVE to have a playmate! He is good with cats if your cat is good with dogs. Looking forward to meeting you!
