Looking for a new roommate to share a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment on Conrnwall & Trafalgar as current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend!

Bedroom comes unfurnished but old housemate is happy to sell double bed. Apartment is part furnished, including smart TV, sofa, espresso machine, cooking utensils etc. Washer and dryer within unit as well as full kitchen with island.

Location couldn’t be much better if you like being close to the ocean with secret beach about 30 seconds away. 10 min walk to Safeway and all other restaurants/stores on 4th. It is a basement suite but still gets a fair bit of natural light during the day!
