About the room
Hello! I’m subleasing a room from February 2025 to August 2025. You can move in as soon as third week of January. The rent is $650 with all utilities.
It’s a private room in a shared household. The room comes completely furnished as seen in the photo.
The house is on Whyte Avenue and very close to the University of Alberta. Bus stand is 2min walk away. Takes around 15min by bus to reach university. It’s also close to convenience stores, restaurants and grocery stores for your convenience.

About the roomies
You’ll share the house with two male in their early twenties. One of them is an undergraduate student at the UofA and the other is a floor manager at Sketchers. They are really friendly and easy to get along with. They keep to themselves.
