Nikhil Wijesekera's room

I currently own this property and due to personal reasons I am in need of a roommate. I live a quiet life and work from home 3 days a week. I have a pet bunny who is very loving to everyone but my priority is that I can find a roommate respectful of her. No parking included but I have offsite parking near ottawa st and fischer hallman I can offer for $70 per month (my rate not trying to make extra on this). Shared bathrooms and access to microwave, stove, fridge, etc. Hoping to chat more with potential roomies! Sorry no photos yet as I am in the process of moving stuff from the unit and also travelling abroad in February.

I work an office job 3 days week remote but in mississauga 2 times a week. I enjoy boardgames, video games, TV shows, formula 1, etc. One pet who will need some free space in her cage but she’s super friendly and clean. I use the upstairs washroom tub to clean her litter pan but disinfect and clean after and keep the place in good condition.
