I’ve been living in this unit since October 2024, and I live here on my own. I work in the higher education sector and stay busy throughout the day. When I’m home, I like to unwind, read, or play video games.

The room is open to everyone, but I’d prefer not to rent to couples since the space is quite small.

I’m looking for a roommate who is kind, friendly, and calm. This is a no-smoking, no-party space, and I’d appreciate it if you kept visitors to a minimum. Maintaining a clean and peaceful environment is important to me, so I’d love to find someone who shares those values.
