Avneet Aujla's room

Basement has two rooms. I stay in one room. Other room is now empty because my roommate moved out. Kitchen/living room and washroom are shared spaces and must be kept clean at all times. Place is close to king george skytrain station, surrey memorial hospital, bus stop, shopping centres, SFU, etc

I live alone but my partner stays over on weekends. There is nobody else living in the basement. I work Monday to Friday but i am home on the weekends.
