The apartment is fully furnished and is situated in the village. (You would have to supply your own furniture for your bedroom). The bedroom has its own balcony, fits a queen size bed with space beside it for an nightstand, and has a large closet. There is a second balcony off the living room and one shared bathroom. Internet and electricity is included in the rent. (If you run an air conditioner in the summer you can pay a bit extra towards the electric bill)

I’d prefer to find someone looking for a longer term rental (but am open to a shorter term as well), I have 2 young friendly cats, I study quite a bit and work part time as well.
