Room is unfurnished, there is a washer and dryer in the basement (shared with downstairs tenants, not coin operated), and 1 parking space is available. The unit is up a flight of stairs. The lease goes until August with the possibility to renew. There’s storage space downstairs and a shared backyard and patio. I have a cat so no pets would be preferred, but we can talk about possible exceptions.

I’m a 27 year old queer and neurodivergent professional. I will mostly be out of the house from 7-5:30 Mon-Fri, but work from home 1-2 days per week. I love board games, video games, ttrpgs, and the arts. I’m also vegetarian. I have a 2 year old tabby cat named Touton who is a lovely housemate.
