Room for Rent – Girls Only 💖 Available for February 1st

We have an unfurnished room available in a 3-bedroom house, just 5 minutes from Joyce Station. Conveniently located, the property is within a 3-minute walk of bus stops (including routes 41 and R4), as well as restaurants, convenience stores, Safeway, and London Drugs.

The room comfortably fits a double bed, desk, and TV, and can be furnished upon request 🙂

Rent: $1200 per month (includes all utilities, central heating, and AC). We are seeking a responsible, clean, and respectful individual who is already employed and values personal space. If you’re interested, please feel free to message me with a bit of information about yourself.
