We are located mins from Don Mills subway station (Don Mills and Sheppard) in a quiet townhouse away from the main street.

Currently we only have one room available. It is furnished with a double size bed, dresser, closet, full length mirror, desk, chair, table lamp, night table, and a small book shelf. laundry, wifi, and all basic kitchen needs are included. Though we can consider double occupancy but single occupancy is highly preferable.

The rules of the house are simple: Clean up after yourself throughout the house. Clean your room once a week. Please don’t eat on the bed. Be respectful and considerate of others in the house. Quiet time starts at 10pm during weekdays; kitchen is available throughout the day. Thank you!

Currently the townhouse is shared with my partner and my 15 years old son. We are a pretty easy going bunch but common sense, etiquettes and manners are very important to us and we are seeking a housemate who is the same.
