Room measures 8’11“ x 12’4“.
Heat, hot water, Starlink fast internet (WiFi), and electricity are all included. There’s an electric fireplace, shared kitchen, shared laundry (I provide the soap), an exercise room with elliptical and weights, two bathrooms, two showers, storage space, and ample parking for multiple vehicles. There’s also an outdoor fire pit and raised garden beds. You’re welcome to plant a garden.
The log house is on over an acre, an hour from Kingston, 9 minutes from Sheffield Conservation Area and Mellon Lake, with fishing and canoeing, as well as the Dark Sky Viewing Area, and 20 minutes from Marble Lake public beach.
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping allowed whatsoever, even outside. I’m allergic and I’ll react even to your clothes. No partying. No illegal drugs.
Pets are allowed as long as they’re well behaved and get along.
I’m the owner. I work from home during business hours.
