Unit: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom & shared use of house: backyard, kitchen, living room, basement, laundry room. Gerrard & Leslie. Shared parking lot with neighbours. The room is 125 sq ft with 8 ft ceiling. It has a big window facing Gerrard St E and runs slightly hotter than the rest of the house. We are a house of 3, looking to fill the 4th bedroom on the main floor.

LOCATION: Gerrard & Leslie, across from a streetcar stop and short walk to Gerrard Square.
RENTAL TERMS: Last month’s rent will secure the room, then month-to-month on the 1st of every month.
About the roomies
We’re all freelancer types, often working from home. We keep a whatsapp roomie group chat, and check in with each other about things that might be out of the ordinary. In general, we don’t need each other’s permission to have guests over, but that is with the understanding that we don’t treat weekdays like weekends. In the same spirit, we’d rather not live with any first-time renters or people who are not used to living with roommates. We take pride in our space and keep it clean and ready for each other. Since the other three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the second floor, you will find that the bathroom in the basement has much less traffic, and doesn’t have anybody else’s things in it. It’s a nice perk if you like to soak in the tub.
