Hello! My roommate & I are looking for someone to rent a bedroom in our lovely three bedroom two bath downtown apartment. The room is unfurnished, though the rest of the apartment is furnished. The rent is $670 a month plus utilities and internet. We all go splits on that.

The apartment is in a wonderful location in proper downtown St. Johns, lots of options for bus routes. 30 min walk from MUN and a 13 min walk to Sobeys. Many amenities within walking distance.

I’m in my last year of the marine engineering at the Marine Institute, and my roommate Zach is taking an undergrad at MUN

A little bit about myself, I’m 26, born and raised in Nova Scotia, I like to cook and play my records in the living room, so I hope you’re not opposed to music. We’re semi social individuals, love a good movie or game night. My roommate Zach is from Ontario and is 22. Zach likes to play guitar, video games, fishing, and hiking.
