Sarah's room

The room will be available February 1st for a single tenant. There are currently 2 male tenants and 1 older female living there, 2 small dogs on the main floor and a cat in the basement. Just so you are aware the other tenants do smoke in the house occasionally but are encouraged to go outside. It is in a safe neighbourhood, close to the Oshawa centre, buses, grocery stores and parks. No dogs or cats please. Rent is due, by etransfer only, on the last day of each month.
