Located within 5 walking distance from lake chouchiching access to private beach. 10 minutes north of Orillia, dead end street, lots of parking. Good sized bedroom with bed and dresser and huge 12’ closet, semi private bathroom. Partially finished basement with access to private furnished tv room. There is also a full washroom in the basement. Laundry is a separate room in the basement. Access to a large freezer located in the laundry room. Very friendly neighborhood.

I am a 61 year old widow, and I don’t think living alone is best for me. I love to cook do yoga, travel and hike, I need help with some of the outside chores. I don’t have pets but if there is a good match I could have a roommate with a pet. I volunteer at the lighthouse shelter.
