This is a beautiful ocean side property, ocean literally in back yard just feet away. Private upstairs, all 3 rooms for yourself to create your very own personal living room space, reading space, exercise space, or whatever. The property has an almost full wrap around deck.

There is a conservation area within a 10 to 15 min walk away so your dog(s) can run free and do their business. Post office within walking distance. Very quite and peaceful living. Small rural town with a high summer tourism.

Property is undergoing renovations, bathroom has just been re-done, next phases are to include full kitchen renovation, installation of a secondary heat source, re-do of the interior stairs and full house painting.

Must be able to live in the house while renovations are underway and understand work can be done at odd hours as am doing the work myself. The house is kept neat and tidy as much as possible during renovations.

Myself and my 2 large breed dogs live here full time and occupy the main level of the house. Strong Christian morals and lifestyle, so must be able to respect this type of living. Am one who cleans up after myself, and expects the same to keep a tidy house.
