Beautiful newer stacked townhouse. I’m the primary renter of this unit and looking for a roommate now that I’ve become an empty nester. The home is very clean and tastefully decorated. You would have your own furnished room and would share a 4pc bathroom with myself. The we’ll-equipped kitchen is a wonderful space to cook and there is a cozy livingroom. Must like cats as I have two. They are very friendly. It wouldn’t be ideal to have additional pets in the home. Also included: smart tv and mini-fridge in bedroom, internet, Netflix and Amazon. Utilities: $75/month. Parking is available for an extra fee and would be arranged via the property managers. No indoor smoking permitted.

My friends would describe me as a very nice and compassionate person. I enjoy humour, Netflix binging, cooking, writing, decorating, and hunting for vintage treasures. I live a clean, quiet lifestyle and will just occasionally have a friend over. Sometimes my daughters will pop in to visit as they live and work nearby. I’m a non-smoker and will enjoy a glass of wine the odd time socially. It would be ideal to have a roommate who enjoys a relatively quiet lifestyle as well. Having said that, it’s nice to have visitors sometimes and I have no issue with that.

There is a very kind, middle aged man who rents the downstairs area. He has his own room, bathroom/kitchenette area. He doesn’t utilize the main floor at all. Front entrance and in unit laundry are the only aspects shared with the downstairs occupant so it would just be you and I upstairs.
