Included in the monthly rent are wi-fi, utilities, laundry facilities, and professional cleaning service once every 3 weeks. Would suit individual who is looking for a respect for privacy and domestic harmony, It is a small house, so COVID vaccinations and subsequent boosters have to be up-to-date .

I’m a theatre professional who has owned this house for four decades and been a landlady for 19 I recently changed the use of the word “housemate” in my ads to “paying guest” since the latter phrase seems more apt.
