Hello everyone! I am subletting a fully furnished bedroom in a shared apartment with a full sized closet and a private bathroom for a short term stay(3 months). Starting March 1st 2025 to May 31st 2025. The room is part of a fully furnished two bedroom apartment in a luxurious apartment building located in downtown Toronto, with an amazing view. The apartment is located near Bloor and Sherbourne. Can walk to Yorkville, Yonge and Bay Street in minutes. Multiple grocery shops nearby as well as a TTC subway station.
The bedroom:
- Double bed size mattress and bed frame
- Storage under the bed frame
- Full sized closet with storage compartments.
The washroom:
- Three piece washroom (toilet, shower and sink)
The living space:
- Sofa bed that opens to use as a queen bed
- 55 inch 4k TV with all the streaming apps
- TV bench with lots of storage, side table and plants -in unit Washer and dryer.
The kitchen:
- Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need from the first day (plates, cutlery, glassware, etc.)
- Stove top, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender & full blender
- Appliances: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, small wine fridge
- Kitchen island with 4 stools (used as a dining table)
- Storage room fully stocked with cleaning tools and supplies
The temperature in the unit is controlled by thermostats. Fast internet (1.5 GB download and upload speed).
