Hi! I have a bright and sunny bedroom available in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment located at Christie and Dupont. Looking for a roommate to sign a long term lease with (one year). Utilities and internet and cable (utilities range from $50-$70 per person per month and the internet and cable bill is 67.50 per person per month). The unit is located on the 9th (top) floor. The kitchen and living room will be furnished so you just have to move in your bedroom furniture. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher. The unit also includes a huge wrap around balcony where you can see the the CN Tower and the downtown core.

The unit is south facing so the unit gets a lot of natural light during the day time. The building is professionally managed and there is a 24 hour fitness centre, lounge, DIY art studio, and a yoga studio located on the second floor of the building.

I am currently in my final semester studying social services at the University of Guelph Humber and plan on working right after I graduate. In my free time I like to play video games, cook and watch anime. I also enjoy going out with friends and exploring the city! I am hoping to find a chill and down to earth roommate that I can get along with :)

I have a 4 year old dog who is a bit anxious at first when you meet him but will warm up to you as he gets to know you. It is important that you are comfortable with large dogs if you are considering moving into this unit!
