Apartment Details: 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom basement apartment, with in unit washer and dryer, central AC & heating, open floor format.

Availability: February 1st onwards

Looking for: Female Working Professionals who are clean, minimalist, organized, and can respect each other’s privacy. Preferably with Permanent resident status.

We like to cook and read. We spend alot of time on our own since we’re introverts.

I like to watch shows (anime, Modern Family, and play board games).

We would prefer someone who is quiet, neat, and minimalist as this is a smaller area. We will have a dining table and the space wouldn’t fit a couch, if you have one.
