The room is in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house on a residential street close to Centerpoint Mall. Also just 1.25 blocks away, on Yonge Street, are frequent TTC buses to destinations such as the Finch subway station (which is just five stops away) and frequent YRT buses to Thornhill, Vaughan and Richmond Hill. There is a large, nice backyard. I am looking for a roomie who works or studies outside of the house full-time. No smoking, parties or overnight guests please. A pet may be okay, depending on how well-trained it is. Available March 1. Available for 2 months and possibly longer. Price: $950/month (includes driveway parking, utilities, laundry facilities and internet). Lease is month to month. Required: Rental application, references, proof of ability to pay rent.
