This room is on the 2nd floor, in a shared home located in the Lower East End of Hamilton. It comes fully furnished, super large closet space, 2 large windows and you have access to a spacious clean and tidy kitchen and bathroom.

All the utilities are inclusive in the rent as well as high-speed Wi-Fi and commonly used household items.

It is walking distance to main bus routes (route# 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 41, 41A). Also within walking distance are several grocery stores and parks, many dine-in and take out restaurants, Laundry, Beer/LCBO stores, malls & many amenities.

I am a single homeowner for this property and reside on the main floor. I have 3 rooms on the 2nd floor which I rent out and my son (29) resides in the lower level. We are fairly easy going and relaxed people. I do like things in it’s place, clean and tidy as this is shared living and find less problems if everyone cleans up after themselves and well.

It’s a pretty quiet home with the occasional sports game on TV or binge watching a series 👀
