Private Room to Rent
The corner detached two story house of 3 bedrooms has occupancy of one of the bedrooms to rent (Preferably Male). We are two working professionals from India (Gujrat and Bangalore) and looking for working professionals with a similar mindset. Cooking vegetarian food in the house is preferred.
Rent: $800 + 70% Utilities (divided by 3 members). (30% Utilities will be paid by basement members).
Includes: Central ac/heating, Parking Space, furnished home + spacious backyard + Smart TV+ all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, Fridge etc + in house laundry.
A storage room, Extra baggage space and a big garage are available.
The house is located close to the Scarborough and Markham border .
Dennison and markham rd
Close to all big grocery stores such as Costco, No frills, Walmart, Indian grocery stores (Panchavati), Om india. Just opposite to Tim horton and Saloon/many restaurants 5 min walk. The bus stand is a 2 min walk from the house.
The room should be available from Jan 15th 2025.
