Great location close to Wilson subway station, York Mills station and 30 minutes from downtown Toronto. There are restaurants, Costco, Best buy, supermarkets: No frills, Fortinos, Metro in the area, to name a few.
Room has its own balcony, a double sized bed with mattress, side table, lamp, desk, tv, storage and small closet. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tenant has their own fridge with freezer (no need to share) and access to a microwave and kitchen storage space. Washroom, Kitchen, Living room and in-suite laundry are shared with 2 other tenants.

Hello our names are Lois and Sean, we are a working couple in the banking/ finance and healthcare industries. We are quiet and fun people who love going out, hanging with friends, playing board/arcade/video/table games, bowling, movies and listening to music. We also enjoy basking in the sun, going for nature walks, picnics, visiting the beach and trying new restaurants, to name a few .

Since you also work fulltime, I figured you’d be interested to know that our home is generally quiet and very clean. We have an established cleaning schedule and set quiet time hours for everyone’s comfort. We rarely have visitors over but when we do, we give a minimum 12-24 hours notice. We love meeting new people so overnight guests are allowed 1-2 weekends per month as we understand that we are sharing the space and it’s your home too.
The great part about living with us is that we respect privacy and mainly stay in our own room downstairs. We rarely come upstairs and when we do, its to take a shower or to cook.
In fact, we love to boast how unique our apartment is with few others like it in the building, we have two floors with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and the ability to live privately in our own spaces but still share the home.
